Williamson Uxbridge Gm - Sales

Just picked up my new truck and I couldn't be more pleased! I worked with Doug LeBlanc (sales) to find the right truck, with the right options within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable on both the sales process and the technical aspects of the vehicles he sells. Beyond that, he is a car guy at heart and takes what he does very seriously. Doug is extremely approachable and easy to talk to and and make a deal with! He took the time to go over multiple vehicles and price points to make sure that I was getting the best value. He was completely transparent, (which was very refreshing), open and made the entire process the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I will be back to see Doug when my wife needs a new vehicle.

I purchased a used off brand vehicle through Williamson and shortly after driving the vehicle it was determined that there was minor body work done on the vehicle. This was unknown to Williamson and in turn, this information was not passed through to me. Naturally, like anyone else in this situation I was rather upset about the issue as I would not have purchased a used vehicle knowing that there was body work done on it. Williamson took responsibility for the oversight and provided me extended bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle for my piece of mind. Doug LeBlanc made the sale process so easy and provided great service throughout. If you need a vehicle go see Doug! Also, Guy St. Pierre took Customer Service to another level in taking full responsibility for the oversight and made things right by providing the extended warranty. Definitely will be back to Williamson for our next vehicle.

Overall a lovely dealership to deal with! They keep it a small town feeling throughout the entire dealership which is lovely. The service department is incredible. I have nothing but good things to say about Ron, Mike, Matt & Julie. They treat you like they’ve known you for years and are always welcoming when you walk into the service area. Keep up the good work guys, love seeing everyone so happy and outgoing when we walk in!

Bought a brand new 2021 trail boss from Bill in 2020. Great guy. Truck came from Sudbury. Unfortunately started to give me lifter issues. Took it in to the service department and was blessed to meet Ron. Unfortunately the truck seemed to have this issue commonly and thank god I had extended warranty but Ron treated my family and I more then exceptional. Ron, Mike, Matt, Julie are just awesome. Never been to a dealership where you feel this way. Such a pleasure dealing with these people. I even bring my other vehicles here for service due to how exceptional the service department is.

I went into Williamson’s in Uxbridge in early July to trade in my 2022 F-150, when you walk in there you automatically feel like you are being taken care of by good people. I dealt with Tony Pepe who was able to get me the best value for my trade in and I factory ordered a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4. Tony was great with helping me pick out options. Holli helped us with making sure everything went smoothly and Wayne in the finance department was very knowledgeable and helped make the deal happen. I was told 3-4 months for my order and it was exactly 3 months. These are the people you want to deal with when buying new. They treat you with a very high level of respect and keep you updated throughout the process. Loving my new truck and this will be the place where I shop for vehicles in the future. Thanks again!

Had a very unfortunate experience at this location. After purchasing a car through Williamson that was used it died shortly after 2000km. The broker would not answer my calls for solutions, denied money that was owed/promised for weeks, and proceeded to text me personal shots at my character due to my frustration, which I might add his comments had nothing to do with the car, unless he meant the car was “weak” and “pathetic.” After about a month I got a partial payment back to what was owed for the car I sold Williamson which they resold before I was paid off in full. I understand things happen, and as a customer I was not happy and frustrated, however, the situation was not handled professionally. I’m sure they have had good sales, but this was not one. Keep your paper trails…I did.
